For events under 30 guests, two weeks' notice is usually enough. Larger gatherings and weddings are best secured 4–8 weeks out. The Chef's Table private experiences open for booking three weeks ahead.
Always. Several of our signature dishes are already plant-forward or gluten-free, and every menu is composed around your guests' needs. Tell us in the inquiry and we'll design accordingly rather than simply omitting.
Pop-up dates are announced on our calendar and to newsletter subscribers first. Tickets go live a few weeks ahead and tend to sell out within hours — we recommend subscribing for early access.
